Shanghai Ruyuan is the professional manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor materials located in Silicon Concentrated Industry Zone, Shanghai City, specialized in silicon wafers and silicon ingots.
Our factory start from the small size silicon wafer like 2", 3", 4", 5" and 6". As the process art development and the machines upgrade, we now could do the 8" and 12" with the surface ultra kiss polished. Every pieces of our wafers all have been inspected before shipment.

We also manufacture and cooperate with our partners for various crystal materials like GaAs Substrates, InP Substrates, Ge Substrates and other optical materials like ZnSe and Chalcogenide Glass with good quality and competitive price.
